At Moore Pet Supplies LLC, we pride ourselves in providing only
quality equipment. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 30 days subject to the following return policy. All returned items must arrive in new, complete
condition. The items must be in the
original packaging and must contain all hardware and documentation (including
instructions and warranty cards). Products that have been altered or obviously used cannot be returned. Items accepted by the warehouse will be
issued credit within 14 business days for the purchase price of the returned item (less shipping charges).
MaxSealŽ Pet Doors are covered under the "White Glove Service Policy".
Some special items have special criteria such as "Sales Final", some have a re-stocking fee mandated by the manufacturer. This information if relevant is posted on each products category and/or product page throughout our site.
2-Ways to Return an Item
Hassle Free Return Service: 1. You call or Contact us using the RMA Request below.
2. We will issue an electronic call tag for the item to picked up, within 3 business days.
3. You simply package the item and have it ready for UPS.
If the Moore Pet Supplies Return Service is used, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your credit. If the item purchased had free shipping with the original purchase, then that actual shipping charge is deducted as well from your credit. Moore Pet Supplies will be responsible
for any shipping damages or lost packages during the transit to us.

"Self Return" (Return the Item Yourself): You may return the item yourself using FedEx or UPS. Original shipping charges
of the purchase are non-refundable. Items that are sold with
Free Shipping
will have actual shipping charges deducted from any refund or credit. If the customer is returning an item themselves; the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Any damages or loss during shipping using "Self Return" are the
responsibility of the customer, for this reason we encourage you to
insure your package for it's proper value.
Credits
will be posted to your credit card within 14 business days of receipt
at our warehouse.

However, some manufacturers mandate that a returned product is returned to the manufacturing location with an associated restocking charge. Child Safety:
Moore Pet Supplies LLC recommends that households
with small children need to exercise proper judgment with leaving their
children unattended in any area with a pet door. Pet Doors come with
locking panels and locking devices, using these devices minimizes any
risk, but does not replace proper parental supervision.

Installation:
We recommend that any consumer that
installs their own pet door wear eye protection and be familiar with
the construction procedures and tools of installing a pet door. We
provide a contact list on our website at not charge
for our customers who are not comfortable with installations to help

all doors use magnets for the activation of the pet door as well as in
the
sealing of the flaps. Customers with certain medical devices, for
example; pace makers, should consult their physician.
