Staywell Warranty and Return Policy
Product Warranty
Pet door products that are package with only the Staywell
brand have the following warranty:
3 Year Worldwide Guarantee Certificate
This is your Guarantee Certificate. It covers
replacement parts or at the Company's discretion the replacement of the complete
product. Your guarantee only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover
consumer misuse or damage, and is applicable for residential use
only. In the event that a guarantee claim is necessary contact PetSafe at 1-800-732-2677. Please only return goods for inspection
on the authorization of a Consumer Services Advisor who will advise you of the
procedures. Proof of purchase will be required.
1. To register for Staywell's 3 Year Guarantee please
register on-line at www.staywell.co.uk. This does not
affect your statutory rights.
2 Failure to register your Guarantee on line will
invalidate the Staywell 3 Year Guarantee and only your statutory rights will be
applicable.
3. Please ensure that you have noted the product
model number, date, and the place of purchase and attached your receipt to our
certificate.
Pet door products that contain the PetSafe brand on the
packaging are covered under the PetSafe warranty. Return PolicyAt Moore Pet Supplies, we pride ourselves in providing only
quality equipment. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may
return the item subject to the following return policy.
All returned items must arrive in an unused, like-new, re-sellable
condition. The items must be in the
original packaging and must contain all hardware and documentation (including
instructions and warranty cards). Pet doors that have been installed are not returnable but are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Items returned in like-new, re-sellable condition will be
issued credit for the purchase price of the returned item (less shipping). Original shipping charges
are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Call Tags will only be issued for items that arrive damaged
