Warranty
If you suspect that your Remote Trainer is malfunctioning please first review
the troubleshooting section in your Owner's Guide. If needed, contact our
Customer Service Department at 1-800-456-4343.
The Remote Trainer is covered by a
two-year warranty on parts and labor. (Other Tri-Tronics products may have
a one-year warranty.) The warranty is transferable to
a new owner. It does not cover physical damage or abuse. The warranty is
also void if your unit has been altered or unauthorized service work has
been attempted. Proof
of purchase may be required.
Always contact our Customer Service department
before sending your unit in for repair. If you send your unit in
for repair, either while under warranty or out of warranty, we may
replace it with a reconditioned unit.
At Moore Pet Supplies, we pride ourselves in providing only
quality equipment. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may
return the item subject to the following return policy.
Special Criteria: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt by customer. Returns must be new and unused with original packaging, instructions etc.
Items returned in like-new, re-sellable condition will be
issued credit for the purchase price of the returned item (less shipping). Items that are sold with 'Free Shipping' will have original shipping charges deducted from credit. Original shipping charges
are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Call Tags will only be issued for items that arrive damaged
or for shipping errors.
