This cat door is very cheaply made and hard to install. It doesn't work unless the magnet is lined up exactly. Do not recommend. Also, read return policy closely. Cannot return if installed. But 100% guaranteed. Doesn't make sense.
MPS Reply: Yes this is a cheaper door....that is why it is very inexpensive. We go to great lengths to portray the quality of one door compared to others we offer and we have reps available 7 days a week for guidance and questions. We are also very upfront about our return policy; which is much more lenient than most retailers.
