The
Cat Mate Elite RFID Selective by Ani-mate is part of the Elite series that gives you a Raccoon proof cat door. The RFID Technology allows you to control the access of up to 7 cats, being able to program individually each tag. This allows for use of your cat only in the event other cats in the neighborhood may also use RFID tags. You can also use the door in the manual 4-Way locking mode where no tags are required.
This model can be used in doors up to 2" thick or you may add optional tunnel extensions to create a tunnel through your wall of any thickness. Each tunnel extension is 2" thick.
The
Super Selective has the additional features of timer
that you can preset to allow cats access at certain times of the day. The Selective also has a visual display to let you know whether your cat is indoors or outdoors. This monitoring feature works with up to 3 cats, even though the door is designed to work with up to 8 collar tags cats).
Note: The unique way the flap locks is what makes this cat door Raccoon Proof.
Raccoons are unable to get their fingers under the flap and lift outward as they can in most other cat doors.
