Deluxe Single Door Rigid Live Traps

The Deluxe Single Door Rigid Live Traps are more sturdy, heavy duty live traps. Galvanized steel rods are welded to the trap for extra support reinforcement. Galvanized 1/2 by 1/2 wire mesh openings are welded to the bait area of the trap to prevent animals from reaching through the outside of the trap.

They feature a spring-loaded automatic locking V-Door that safely traps the animal inside as they step on the trip pan located at the back of the cage. This V-Door is very quick, so that the animal inside will not be able to back out of the trap before it closes. This door then locks into place. The caged animal will not be able open the V-Door even if the cage rolls onto its side or upside down. A protective plate protects the handler from the animal; as they use the handle.

The Deluxe Single Door Rigid Live Traps are equipped with an adjustable trigger release that allows for heavy or light sets. Most all models have a protective piece of galvanized sheet under the handle for safe handling of the trap. Helps protect from scratching b y the trapped animal.
