In the event that your ChowPal™ arrives in damaged condition or if you were sent the incorrect item, please call 1-800-829-7876 upon receipt so a replacement can be sent out. Returns for any other reason will be accepted up to 14 days from receipt of the item and must be accompanied by an RMA number (call 1-800-829-7876 to obtain) and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be in like new condition and have original packaging intact.
