This Extra Tall Extra Wide Metal Extendable
Gate is hardware mounted that can extend from 33.5" to 56"
wide openings and stands at 36" tall.
This gate can be set to swing in
both direction, or in one direction when used at the top of stairs. This gate
does not show any unsightly adjustments holes for the gate expansion like in
other expandable gate models. This clean look, adjustment range, and height
makes it a customer favorite.
This gate features a unique spring tilting mechanism
to minimize the stress on walls. The bar spacing is 2.25" wide while the
walk thru opening will be from 33.5 to 56" due to the nature of the swing
gate portion.
Note: Top of Stairs installation requires use of the One-Way
Lower Catch Component. The One-Way Catch must be mounted correctly. To prevent
the safety gate from opening over the stairway the catch opening must face away
from stairway.
