Ideal Deluxe Pet Door with Universal Wall Kit Aluminum Framed Pet Doors
The Deluxe Pet Door with Universal Wall Kit is a good utility, aluminum framed pet door with a solid, trim-to-fit tunnel that will accommodate walls from 3" to 10" in depth. The Universal Wall Kit is made to fit your Deluxe Pet Door by using the included screws in the hardware kit. The trim-to-fit tunnel requires the use of tin snips so that you can customize it's fit to your wall. Major benefits to a solid tunnel versus plastic snap-together kits or self-adjusting tunnels is that you have less problems with moisture and water in the tunnel and your wall, as well as more inherent tunnel strength. These doors are also easier to install and achieve a proper fit. 
Important note: The universal Wall Kit allows the Ideal Deluxe to be installed into walls as an option to self fabricating a tunnel on site. Notice that when installed the flap of the pet door will be on the interior side of the opening. The exterior frame of the pet door is not made for a flap.
