The Ideal Lockable Cat Flap Patio Pet door was designed specifically for cats. The locking cat flap door has an opening that measures 6 1/4"w x 6 1/4"h and features the popular 4-way locking mechanism:

The rigid flap is made of Lexan, so it is indestructible and never needs replacing. The sides of the flap are lined with a brush pile material to provide for a very good weather seal. The flap stays closed due to the magnets at the bottom of the flap assembly. The glass is 1/8" thick safety glass, and the aluminum frame is 5/8" thick. These inserts are designed to be installed and removed with ease. They can be permanently screwed into your opening, however, most customers will set the insert into the slider track only, that way the unit can be set off to the side if you need your entire slider opening for any reason.

Note: The "Regular Custom" sized patio inserts are comprised of the "Regular" height insert with a custom made extension piece that slides into the top of the panel to fit your slider opening height.
