This Perfect Fit Infrared Cat Insert controls access in ONE DIRECTION, entry only. This door is the best choice for allowing your cat access while keeping out strays and feral cats. The Infrared Cat Flap is designed to be a more accurate and discriminatory pet door. For instance, it is possible to have two cats, each using their own door and unable to use each others. The infra red collar tag is much easier for the door to detect, this along with the capability of adjusting the timed lock allows the lock to react quickly to keep other cats in or to react slower to allow more time for older cats to approach the door before it re-locks. Flap is lined with a magnetic weather proof seal. Uses 4 AA batteries or can be used with the optional A/C adapter. Comes with one collar tag. Additional collar tags available. Unit will arrive as two shipments, customer easily installs pet door into panel.

The "Regular Custom" sized patio inserts are comprised of the "Regular" height insert with a custom made extension piece that slides into the top of the panel to fit your slider opening height.
