The MaxSeal® line of doors from Security Boss Manufacturing represent the highest quality pet doors available on the market today. Combining top quality materials and precision craftsmanship, the MaxSeal® Pet Door is designed to last. Heavy-duty aluminum extrusions are used to construct the frame of this pet door. A 1/2" thick insulated security panel can be dropped into place at any time to block off access through the pet door. The attached 10" tunnel can be trimmed to size in order to meet your installation requirements. An optional 16" tunnel is available for applications requiring a longer tunnel.

The flap on the MaxSeal® Pet Door is constructed with nylon reinforced vinyl to ensure years of use. Strike plates that are attached to the flap align with magnets that have been embedded within the frame of the pet door to keep the flap in place. A high density brush pile lines the edge of the flap when closed, creating a weatherproof seal that is the best available. Impact tested in temperatures up to 20 degrees below, these flaps will stand up to the most extreme weather conditions.

Note: The MaxSeal® Single Flap has a flap on the exterior frame to provide weather protection. Single flap doors are often used in situations where an insulating barrier to the outside is not the main concern (however, the MaxSeal® Single Flap will still seal better than any other single flap door). If extreme temperatures are a concern, the MaxSeal® Dual Flap may be a more suitable option.
