Ultra Swing Dual Flexi-Flap
Patent Pending flap design that uses two-layers of flexible vinyl (Flap is one assembly) and rotates a full 360 degrees which means there is less flap stress and longer flap life. Ultra Swing flap closes by a magnetic seal. Security Locking Panel is also included.

Optional Interchangeable Pet Openings
One of the best features of the Pet 1 Patio pet door is the ability to change your opening to any size (Purchase of new pet opening is required). This gives you the ability to change the opening without having to purchase an entire new panel.

Adjustable Security Bar Included
Locks your slider into position when the patio insert is installed (Slider does not lock into the insert).

Note: As with any patio pet door when used with sliders that have an external sided slider (Pella), you will not be able to use the security bar, but can use an after market lock pin to secure your slider in place when next to the insert.

The Pet 1 Patio Pet door flap consists of two soft vinyl flaps that are embedded in a wide magnetic base. This wide magnetic strip along the bottom keeps flaps closed in windy environments, and the dual flap spacing provides for the best insulating door flap that is available in Patio Pet Doors.

The Pet1 Patio Insert top section seats into the top channel of your slider.  Rubber coated to protect even vinyl doors.  This top section is the only part of the patio insert that fits into the top channel...main body of the insert does not insert in the channel.			The Pet1 bottom section has 2 rubber protected feet that will seat into the channel on the floor.  The main body of the patio insert will not fit into the channel.  The bottom feet will straddle the center rail most often found in the channel on the floor.  The Pet1 will straddle any center rail 3/8" or less.  If your channel on the floor does not have a center rail, then the Pet1 will still work for you as the tension of the unit in the opening will keep it secure and in place.
Note regarding Shipping:  These units are substantial.  The shipping cost we charge the customer is not the full shipping cost. Returns require an R.M.A within 5 days of receipt of your order.  All returns subject to a 20% mandatory restocking fee.  We cannot waive this fee.
