The PetSafe Patio Pet Door is a single pane glass / single flap insert.  These units are designed to be installed permanently into your opening.  Installation can be on the left or the right side.  The pet door has a slide in closing panel and the door flap is replaceable as a maintenance item.  (Moore Pet always has these in stock for immediate shipping).

Note:  Screws and any mounting hardware to secure this unit in your opening is not included with the panel.
