All items returned to Mountain Cat Trees must arrive in new, unused condition. Any items showing signs of use (including scratch marks, cat hair, damage, etc.) will be assessed a restocking fee or may be refused. All returns must be authorized and include an authorization number. Please call 1-800-829-7876 to obtain an RMA number and complete return instructions. All return requests must be made within 7 days of the receipt of your item.
