The Scruff Jr. Cat Tree is slightly different than the Scruff Cat Tree.  The overall height is 44" and the cat Condo is only one compartment instead of the larger Condo found on the Scruff model.  The platforms and perch measurements are identical. The largest post on this model comes standard with Sisal rope covering.  The Scruff Jr. is a little easier on the pocket book while still giving you a top quality cat tree.  High quality, years of use..that is what is important.
