SmartPet-Lexan Pet Doors

   SmartPet Doors are premium pet products that provide a combination of durability, efficiency and security. These doors seal on all sides with a replaceable double-wiper gasket that combined with the double pane design makes for a energy efficient pet door.  All SmartPet Doors come with a limited lifetime warranty. Techtrol Doors come with a dual paned-smoked Lexan plastic flap.

The Door mount model has a telescoping tunnel that will fit doors up to  1 3/4" thick. 

The Wall mount model has a tunnel kit (assembly required) that will fit walls up to 11" thick.



The door is designed to close quietly due to the concealed double acting hinge. The door has an internal locking arm that is engaged by a key - included.

Note: These doors can be used in residential situations but are most commonly used in Commercial Kennel facilities.  The door flap is somewhat heavy and may no be suitable for pets that shy away from doors that feel weighted on their backs.  Small dogs and cats will have a harder time using this door as well.

The Wall Kit can fit walls up to 11" thick. The kits consists of heavy duty PVC panels that need to be cut and assembled. The resulting airspace between panel is designed to give an insulation barrier. The framing is heavy duty anodized aluminum.
This door has a rigid-solid flap that is surrounded along the bottom and sides with a dual fin gasket.   Smaller breeds, cats and dogs that shy away from rigid flaps may have difficulty with this door. You know your pet best as to their personality and whether this door is the best option.
