The Thermo Kitty Sill is thoughtfully designed to provide a warm, oval shaped perch for your cat to enjoy in colder climates. This is a great choice when placing a perch near a window for your pet to keep a watchful eye on the outdoors while keeping warm. It provides a dual thermostat heating unit that is buried under orthopedic foam and is removable for all season comfort. The heating unit is intended to keep the sleeping surface of the perch around 12 to 15 degrees Fahrenheit above the air temperature, creating a comfortable 102 degree mark while the cat uses it. No tools required for the installation when using the Velcro fasteners. Screws are also included for a more sturdy, permanent install. One year limited warranty.
