The Tire Feeder/Water Basin by High Country Plastics is designed to fit inside any 13" to 15" tire (not included) for a spill-proof feeder/water basin that can be easily located anywhere. The container itself is constructed using FDA approved UV protected plastic for a combination of safety and durability. It will not fade or crack as other cheaper types of plastic containers are known to do. The Tire Feeder/Water Basin is ideal for garages, kennels, barns or any outdoor feeding area.
