This extension provides 2 1/2" of adjustment for each patio track height range offered, and can be trimmed down 3/4" if the overall panel height is too tall for your track. The overall width of this top extension is 13/16" with an inside measurement of 5/8".

Ideal Vinyl Insulated Patio Pet Door & Ideal Vinyl Insulated Hefty Cat Patio Pet Door - Both of these vinyl insulated patio pet doors are dual paned glass and have cover plates to finish off the top of the patio insert. These cover plate assemble onto a base H extension that is placed on top of the patio insert frame with spring loaded attachments. Each extension provides 1 3/4" of adjustment for each patio insert track height offered. The plus range includes additional cover plates to secure the top of the opening. The top extension fits into slider channels 1 1/2" to 1 3/4" wide.

Ideal 900 Series Energy Saver Patio Pet Door - This Ideal 900 Series Energy Saver is considered the top insulating patio insert on the market due to the dual pane glass insert and dual flap pet door in the base of the unit. The top of this 900 Series Patio pet door features an adjustable extension that measures 1 1/8" overall. Your top track channel width will have to be 1 1/8" wide or greater. The extension is spring loaded and provides 5" of adjustment for each track height range.
