We put this door in our utility room so our dogs could go out to the garage and then outside through a different door when they want to. We wanted something that was insulated, but the maxseal wasn't really in our price range. So far the door has been great and the dogs are going in and out all day long.

Good garage door. |

It leads from our garage to the outside and we just needed it to be pretty good as far as insulation goes and the looks of the doggie didnt matter. We called in and got some advice, we took that advice, and went with this door. It fit. The installation was easy, we added some weather stripping, and it works wonderfully. It keeps out the cold just like we wanted and the dog has no trouble using it.
Also.. the two security panels are a big advantage over just the one that the other doors come with. You can shut the inside and outside off if you expect bad weather.
