The Designer Series Plastic Pet Door is utility, plastic framed pet door. The flaps are tinted and easily replaced. A plastic slide-in locking panel is included to block off the pet opening.

Older Versions of the Designer Series Plastic Pet Door (Ideal Original) had a CREAM COLORED FRAME with CLEAR vinyl flaps. These newer "Designer" models have the same size pet openings and rough cut requirements, but feature a light grey frame and tinted flaps, so they are interchangeable if you are replacing an older model with a new unit. The flaps are exactly the same size in both older & newer versions. Customers can select clear or tinted ROUND LOGO flaps when replacing.

have used this pet door for a few years now and have been very satisfied. It gives my dog and myself the freedom to come and go as we please, so I don't have to worry about my dog going to the bathroom in the house. The only part about the door I don't like is that I have had to replace the flaps twice so far. However, the flaps are pretty affordable, and easy to find. All in all, this has been a good door for me and my dog.
